Legionella Analysis & Risk Assessment

Legionella bacteria may cause acute, severe bronchopneumonia, called Legionnaires’ disease or legionellosis, this may be fatal. Outbreaks of this disease are produced by inhalation of legionella-containing aerosols. 

At JH Water Technology & Consultancy we offer risk assessment and water analysis to detect traces of legionella spp. With biochemical confirmation for legionella pneumophila.

Each one of our employees has received training through the European Working Group for Legionella Infections (EWGLI) in the correct procedures for specimen collection, result interpretation, risk assessment and control of possible contamination and legionella outbreaks.

Swimming Pool Analysis

Maintaining your swimming pool water is important to prevent the transmission of infectious water-borne diseases and also to maintain the visual clarity of your water.  Therefore periodic testing of pools is essential to ensure and maintain healthy conditions within your facilities. 

 

JH Water Technology & Consultancy provides preliminary on-site testing, and further testing in our laboratory to ensure that the water is in line with the parameters set out in L.N. 129 of 2005. The service includes sample collection; reported results and remarks on how to continue to maintain your pool.

RO Systems Analysis

We perform quarterly check analysis and full audit monitoring for registration of Private Water Suppliers with the Environmental Health Directorate (including Reverse Osmosis systems) to ensure that your RO product water is compliant with local legislation.

Ice Machine Bacteriological Analysis

We provide bacteriological analysis on ice produced by ice machines intended for human consumption. This test can be done every three months and includes sample collection, testing, issuing of reports and corrective action and decontamination procedures.

Bowser Water Analysis

We ensure your 1st class potable water is compliant with local legislation. We perform quarterly check analysis and the Full Audit monitoring for registration of Private Water Suppliers with the Environmental Health Directorate (including Reverse Osmosis Systems) is also carried out in an ISO 17025 accredited laboratory in compliance with LN. 17 of 2009.

Domestic Water Analysis

Swimming Pool Chemicals

We offer a wide range of swimming pool and spa chemicals all competitively priced. Including stabilised chlorine granules and tablets, pool chlorine,  pH increase, pH decrease, water test kits, coagulants and flocculants, chlorine shock treatments, algaecides and many more.

Potable Water Treatment
